We just moved to the new development of Lake Lorraine just South of our previous location on Marion Road. We are located between 26th Street and 32nd Street, with the enterence to the parking lot located on Westlake.

Directions:

From I-29 - take the 26th Street exit and go West; turn left onto Lorraine Street (just after Lowe's) and then take a right at Lake Shore; left at Westlake to the parking lot.

From South Marion Road - take a right on 32nd Street; left on Westlake to the parking lot.

From North Marion Road - take a left on Lake Shore; right on Westlake to the parking lot.

• Tuesday: 11am - 6pm
• Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
• Thursday: 11am - 6pm
• Friday: 10 am - 6pm
• Evenings & Weekends: by appointment

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

We accept insurance, personal injury and worker's compensation, cash, check, credit cards and gift certificates as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of service, unless previously arranged. Insurance will be filed for you, but any co-payments or deductibles will be collected at each visit. You are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance or settlements.
